We deliver across Bangladesh by courier, and inside Dhaka we also run our own riders for same-day drop-offs. Charges are shown before you pay, never after.
1.Inside Dhaka
Our own riders handle Dhaka city. Order before 4pm and it usually goes out the same day; after that, next morning.
Delivery charge is ৳60, and it is free on orders over ৳2,000.

2.Outside Dhaka
Outside Dhaka we use trusted couriers. The charge depends on weight and destination, and you see the exact figure at checkout before confirming.
Most districts are reached in two to four working days. A handful of remote upazilas take longer and we will tell you plainly if yours is one of them.

3.Tracking and changes
You get a tracking link by SMS as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier. If you need to change the address or cancel, call us as soon as possible — after the parcel has left the shop, it cannot be redirected cheaply.
4.If something is wrong
Report a missing or damaged parcel within 48 hours of delivery and we will trace it with the courier. For damaged items, send us a photo and we will replace or refund — your choice.
Photographs of the product and the packing help us resolve it much faster.
